  For a BMV, this location actually has friendly service. The wait time is quite low compared to other locations and the staff usually take care of things promptly. It is ran by the Kiwanis club, and has most services on site. They have to send titles out, but that is fine.

  Hands down, the worst interaction we've ever had with government. My fiance is pregnant, she needs to go to the bathroom, a lot! So she passed her test and we are waiting in line for her, and another of our friends was doing separate business in another line. My fiance had an emergency and needed to go to the bathroom. She left and went next door to use the facilities to prevent harm to the unborn child, and herself. I stayed in line for her, and the others in line were in agreement that she should be allowed to use the restroom. When she returned, a huge, old lady troll blocked her entrance, saying that the agency is closed. I then have the people behind me hold our spot in line and I went to open the door for her. The troll beast slammed the door on us, nearly smashing my pregnant fiances fingers in the door. People gasped at the troll's treatment of a pregnant woman. Immediately, I am incensed at this assault and just want to leave the building without completing our business. The troll then PREVENTS ME FROM LEAVING! I tell her I am trying to leave and she then allows me to pass. The other person we were with saw all of this, and also saw that the huge old troll was gleeful at her accomplishment of ruining a pregnant woman's day (and her fiance and friends day was ruined as well). It's like it was the highlight of her week to control people and ruin their day and prevent them from doing business they came there to do. I will be writing her superiors, and never visiting this location again.

  As long as you have all the documents that you need everything will go very smoothly. I live in Westerville and drive to this Hilliard location cause it is a very good experience. Even when the line is fairly long the longest I have waited is 20min. A plus is that there is a bench to sit on.
